Marketing software provider Infusion Software (News - Alert), has announced the launch of its Certified Consultant channel program.
Infusion Software is expected to meet the needs of TSB market with a new channel partner program for Certified Consultants.
According to Infusion, these outside vendors will sell and implement Infusion CRM to true small businesses, helping the company deliver web-based CRM software efficiently and cost-effectively.
Clate Mask (News - Alert), president and CEO at Infusion, explained that alliances play a critical part in Infusion’s overall business strategy for enabling TSBs to easily implement Infusion CRM into their businesses.
“The Infusion Certified Consultant program allows us to build a scalable model for the level of growth that we are looking to achieve. These relationships will be invaluable to the future success of Infusion,” he said in a press release,
The Infusion Certified Consultant program will be led by Adam Ross, vice president of sales and business development at Infusion Software. Ross has previously built partner channel programs for NetSuite (News - Alert), SalesLogix, and Sage Software.
Indicating that the latest program will significantly increase Infusion Software’s market penetration, Ross said, “Infusion is dedicated to the Certified Consultant community to build a strong presence across the US and Canada.”
He also said that his company intends to recruit the right amount of partners that will allow Infusion the scalability and reach without saturating any markets.
Contactivation, a small business CRM reseller that provides consulting and training services, is one of the first companies to join the Infusion Certified Consultant channel program.

In addition, Infusion’s channel program includes other partners such as Business Technologies of New England.
