Communicado and Logix Group Sign Pan-European Distribution Agreement

Communicado, formerly known as SyncVoice (News - Alert) Communications, a  provider of management software for converged communications, has had a busy year beginning with a pan-European distribution deal with Logix Group to offer the new Communicado (News - Alert) Streamline Management as a Service Platform that equips VARs and MSPs to remotely manage customers converged communication networks supporting real-time person-to-person communications.

Logix Group (News - Alert) is an e-business infrastructure solutions and services provider for IT professionals.

Under the terms of the deal, Logix will promote Streamline through its network of resellers to help businesses adopt converged communication's mobility benefits without the associated risks and management pain, according to Stephen Rizzone (News - Alert), president and chief executive officer of Communicado.

"Communicado is excited about the prospects of working with a world-class Value Added Distributor like Logix. We are pleased that Logix has chosen the Communicado StreamLine platform to capitalize on the rapidly expanding Unified Communication services opportunity throughout Europe," said Rizzone.

Streamline provides the QoS, device, and application layer management capabilities, real-time person-to-person collaboration including voice and video. Streamline provides the only risk-free path to the improved business processes, cost reduction and mobility promised by Unified Communications (News - Alert) (UC).

Streamline supports all major platforms, provides VARs or MSPs a means to remotely manage the customer's environment for them as the trusted provider of a complete converged communications solution. Communicado offers everything resellers need to add the value of guaranteed service levels to the converged communications networks they sell and have been supporting via break/fix.
