Whether you are new to the customer management industry or are looking for new ideas and methods for your current operations, the Annual Call Center Exhibition show, produced this week by the International Customer Management Institute in New Orleans, Louisiana is the premier gathering ground to engage in new and upgraded contact center and knowledge management software.
Where industry executives abound, the conference promotes the educational facilities available for contact center professionals in an effort to keep the industry's agents updated on new software and technologies. The executives from the ACCE Advisory Board, a giant collection of contact center administrators and industry experts, maintain the quality of the content presented to attendees.
A large part of the conference is devoted to helping companies stay knowledgeable about their management software services. Several major players in the industry, such as Consona (News - Alert), will be demonstrating their solutions.
Consona, a knowledge management software company that also produces software for CRM and Asset Management industries, will attend with planned demonstrations of their products and programs. Jason Wright, Consona's product marketing manager said that the company will, "share our knowledge management solutions and meet with customers who will be attending." He also noted that this is the first time Consona will be appearing at the ACCE show, so attendees will be able to, "benefit from the opportunity to preview the latest software solutions from customer service and support."
Including interactive sessions such as roundtable discussions with contact center executives, visits to 2-1-1 call centers, and webinars about face-to-face conferences, the ACCE show will highlight the most up-to-date and advanced software available for contact centers.
