ChoiceView can be implemented as mobile app on Apple (News - Alert) or Android-powered mobile devices. The solution can also be deployed as software for live and automated agents in a call center set-up or on individual PCs. The application can also be packaged as a software developers’ kit for third-party mobile apps and as a REST API for deployment in visual IVRs. The upgraded version is well customized for effective use in sales and customer support in various industries with particular focus on the healthcare sector.
ChoiceView enables visual IVR to enhance the user experience by improving connectivity between the healthcare provider and patient.
