At this week’s Salesforce.com (News - Alert) Dreamforce conference, one of the most talked about cloud computing events of the year, IVR expert Angel revealed Angel Contact Center on the AppExchange business apps marketplace, making this cloud-based call center technology immediately available to Salesforce.com users.

Now on display to Dreamforce 2011 visitors at booth No. 1420, the Force.com-based solution leverages the power of the social enterprise platform for employee apps to enhance Angel’s IVR and virtual call center technology. Its place on the AppExchange will enable organizations to seamlessly implement cloud-based voice solutions, and thus improve the customer experience.

"Today's businesses not only need flexible applications, they need applications they can also build and scale immediately," said Dave Rennyson, president of Angel, in a press release. "By combining the security and reliability of Force.com with Angel's on-demand voice solutions, businesses can create applications that improve their customer interactions, at lower upfront and ongoing costs."

Businesses utilizing Angel Contact Center can easily develop, integrate and deploy a customized and full-featuerd call center solution to augment their customer interactions. Moreover, with these call center capabilities present in the cloud, businesses can achieve a comprehensive, on-demand voice solution that supports business aspirations. Organizations, in turn, gain access to unparalleled tools and support through this cloud-based development environment.

Angel Contact Center includes SupportByFone, which extends customer support applications to the telephone and delivers access to support automation functions, like Web, e-mail and phone; SurveyByFone, which enables businesses to deploy a speech-enabled IVR for automated customer satisfaction phone surveys; and lastly LeadByFone, a speech-enabled IVR that automatically captures caller data and places it into a Salesforce account for rapid retrieval and real-time analysis.

For Angel, Dreamforce is the perfect forum to expose the capabilities of this new solution, as well as the full potential of Salesforce.com’s AppExchange.

"Customers coming to Dreamforce will have the chance to see how partners like Angel exemplify the extraordinary reach of the AppExchange marketplace," said Ron Huddleston, vice president, ISV Alliances, Salesforce.com. "Apps like these continue to push the social, open, mobile and trusted capabilities customers expect from the Salesforce.com ecosystem."
