The halo is looking extra bright for Angel, as the IVR leader has been awarded with three stellar awards for its cutting-edge customer experience management solutions.
The awards – Best in Biz Award, the INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Award and the Speech Technology Excellence Award – all reflect Angel’s overall success, superior product lineup and commitment to taking advantage of the power of voice for the best possible customer experience.
Angel stole the spotlight at the Best in Biz awards after it was named the silver winner in the Best Overall Company of the Year category, thanks to its experience in cloud-based solutions, an outstanding customer track record, and long-time relationship with Salesforce. This year, Angel and Salesforce collaborated to bring to market this year’s fifth integration on Salesforce.com’s (News - Alert) AppExchange called Voice for Chatter, a solution that enables employees to correspond with each other in Salesforce Chatter by using voice messages.
Angel’s Virtual Call Center technology was ultimately what garnered Angel the INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine recognition, which is rewarded to companies that demonstrate successful deployments of IP communications technology. Angel’s Virtual Call Center technology is renowned for its ability to rid of unnecessary costs and support associated with an on-premise call center, while also boosting the customer-agent experience and management of call volumes.
Last but not least, Angel was honored with Customer Interaction Solutions magazine’s Speech Technology Excellence Award for the superior capabilities observed in its Mobile Virtual Call Center, a solution that grants businesses access to Angel’s customer experience platform in order to manage and deploy a call center from a mobile device.
“Individually, these honors validate both our technology and our approach to our business,” said Don Keane (News - Alert), vice president of Marketing for Angel, in a press release. “Together, these awards illustrate a significant impact on our customers, our market and the business landscape as a whole. Keep an eye on Angel – as we continue to grow and innovate, we expect to keep shaking things up with unprecedented technology, successful deployments and cutting-edge ideas.”
