SpeechTek 2011 will make yet another bold arrival into New York City next week, and some of the biggest names in the voice solutions industry are set to make an appearance.
In addition to learning about the latest innovations in speech technologies and strategies, attendees will have a unique opportunity to listen to conference session tracks and virtual tracks; view the latest speech technology products; gain in-depth understanding from courses devoted to the latest techniques and technologies; and participate in target training sessions.
Once again, IVR expert Angel will have a powerful presence at the voice solutions showcase, being held Aug. 8 to 10, at the Hilton New York. This year, Angel will highlight its cloud-based solutions and invites all to connect with the company at this not-to-miss event.
During Monday’s Luncheon Keynote, Blade Kotelly, human factors engineering, business innovation strategist and MIT (News - Alert) educator, will deliver a lecture, entitled “The Future is Here: Integrated Cloud, Social & Mobile Customer Experience,” from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. An introduction will be delivered by Dave Rennyson, president and COO of Angel.
Meanwhile, attendees will have the chance to gain compelling thought leadership through several sessions and panels delivered by Ahmed Bouzid, senior director of product marketing at Angel. The sessions are as follows:
- Enabling Effective Channel Mixing and Switching: Monday, Aug. 8, 4:15 to 5 p.m.
- Setting Positive Expectations for Speech Self-Service: Tuesday, Aug. 9, 8 to 8:45 a.m.
- Enhance Smartphone GUIs with Speech: Tuesday, Aug. 9, 3 to 3:45 p.m.
Angel will also be participating in two technology-driven labs to highlight its products. The lab sessions are as follows:
- Angel Mobile Applications: Monday, Aug. 8, 10:15 to 12:30 p.m.; with Prasanna Perera, mobility product manager for Angel
- Caller First Analytics: Monday, Aug. 8, 1:45 to 3:15 p.m., with Aaron Wellman, senior product manager for Angel
At Angel’s booth, No. 142, in the SpeechTek exhibit hall, the company will feature its Customer Experience Platform and provide an interactive demo about Caller First Analytics. In addition, booth visitors will have the chance to try out Angel’s mobile applications designed to deliver to organizations an improved bottom line.
