Sunteck Realty, one of India's real estate developers that chiefly focuses on the expansion of ultra-premium and luxury residential properties, selected Ameyo to manage its inbound calls. In the context of the current phenomenon of urban sprawl in India, Sunteck needed to set its business requirements such as customizing its CRM, after office hour configuration and an integrated and designed IVR.
