Drishti Soft, provider of Ameyo contact center and IVR system solutions, has enhanced the workflow design capability of Ameyo with the addition Node Flow, a platform designed to create customized IVRs.
Node Flow, a user interface device, facilitates faster and easy application development. It also supports the creation of multifarious IVRs. Node Flow not only improves IVR applications but also provides absolute communication application for intelligent networks of large enterprises and telecom companies, company officials said.
Ameyo is the flagship solution from Drishti Soft designed to offer complete customer interaction management (CIM). With the addition of Node Flow, Ameyo now enables contact centers to function more effectively. Clients can execute complex business processes easily and without hassles. With innovative features such as database connectivity, call backs and more, the solution improves customer interaction at every level.
Node Flow acts as the back bone of Ameyo, according to company officials. It has the ability to detect answering machines and enables the transfer of calls to a particular DID. The platform supports advanced application interfaces like Web API and soap API. It facilitates the construction of independent IVR System templates, which may be a part of the main IVR call flows.
"We realize the requirements of the intricate processes of large enterprises are dynamic which vary day in and day out. In order to help them attain their needs, the Node Flow has been designed to cater to their needs,” said Nayan Jain, CTO at Drishti, in a statement.
In the words of Jain, Node Flow is a “tool that integrates with AMEYO and executes all the possible efforts assigned to it. It is also user-friendly which enables the user to record all the occurrences and executions. AMEYO derives its intelligence from the Node Flow which identifies operations and makes scheduling easier."
