Another Win Notched for Cloud Contact Center Leader

The company says it is now certified as compliant with Payment Card Industry (PCI (News - Alert)) Data Security Standards (DSS) Level 1.

The company’s new certification now adds the highest level of standardized data protection to an already industry-leading level of security of its cloud contact center platform. Extensive work with an external audit and compliance firm, followed by a comprehensive examination process, allowed inContact to achieve compliance certification.
