C3 Improves Time to Market for New IVR Services

C3 (News - Alert) is improving time to market for new IVR services with the release of an updated version of its intuitive call handling platform Fusion IVR.  


The company supplies multi-channel communications platforms for Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Messaging, Call Conferencing and Customized Call Handling Solutions.

Its Fusion IVR is a graphical service creation tool and automatic code generator that allows users to quickly develop and deploy interactive voice response services.

The latest release includes all the features of its previous version plus a feature-rich ‘call centre’ application that has the ability to change the most basic IVR service into a fully-functioning call centre. This is achieved by dragging and dropping the node set to the relevant point in a script. Agents can work from anywhere in the world and still log into the Fusion call centre by using the web or telephony interface.

Users can view live call statistics on Fusion’s Queue Monitor that shows the number of call connected in real-time. This monitor also exhibits data such as the total calls queued and the maximum queue length.   Additionally, C3 has included a ‘custom event’ node in the latest release that enables users to dig into specific links in a call flow.

Other features delivered by Fusion are usage reports and trigger alerts that allow businesses to be proactive in their call centre management.  

Thanks to the updated release, organizations can gain benefits from complete control and flexibility in service development and management.

C3 was in news earlier this year for opening a customer contact center in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
