IVR Service Provider and Prime Care Technologies Partner fo a Common Dashboard Roll-Out for AccuNurse

Vocollect Healthcare Systems, a provider of voice-enabled solutions for mobile workers and Prime Care Technologies have come together to introduce key AccuNurse performance metrics to long-term care providers.


Prime Care Technologies provide data center technology-enabled business solutions, such as hosting, development and supporting managed cloud computing services to the clients in multiple sectors including government, health care, education, and Fortune 1000 companies across the United States.  

Under the partnership, Vocollect will leverage Prime Care Technologies’ primeVIEW digital dashboard and data mining tool to offer AccuNurse performance metrics to its long-term care providers- clients.

The performance metrics will cover ADL Trending, Key Clinical Alert Trending, Key Product Utilization Metrics (VA Usage, Documentation percentage, Paging, Sign-ons) and Pulse (News - Alert) Check Reporting. This will enable AccuNurse users, who also happen to be the existing Prime Care customers, to take advantage of the AccuNurse metrics on the same dashboard they currently use to monitor other key performance indicators.

For other stand-alone AccuNurse customers, Vocollect will be providing a complimentary primeVIEW account that can be used to access the AccuNurse metrics. AccuNurse, a tool, designed to support clinical teams, enables two-way dialogue to allow clinicians exchange information back and forth with the EMR using their voice. To put it simply, AccuNurse allows the clinical teams to receive new patient tasks from the EMR and also request clinical information about a patient - all using voice and a smart device. AccuNurse also allows clinicians to document right within the EMR.

“AccuNurse focuses on the nursing staff to voice-enable them with advanced command-driven, two-way speech recognition that makes their days more productive and the care they deliver more accurate. The alliance with Prime Care Technologies enables us to leverage the primeVIEW digital dashboard to streamline on-demand enterprise-wide data via interactive and useful graphs, tables and reports. Now, at the click of a button, the AccuNurse provider community will readily view critical key performance indicators that drive their business every day,” Vice President of Product Development for AccuNurse Amy Harvey explained in a statement.

The initial release will be rolled out to joint VHS/Prime Care pilot customers by the end of June and will include the ADL trending metrics. All other metrics will be rolled out in monthly releases and completed by mid-Q4. The dashboard will be rolled out to all AccuNurse customers starting in July, the companies informed.
