ITIL v3 Foundation Training and Certification Now Available in 40 Cities Coast to Coast

ITIL, the most widely adopted framework for IT Service Management in the world, is now the quintessential certification for IT professionals. ITIL has completely changed the job market for IT, where employment requests for ITIL-certified professionals have jumped by 89 percent from last year, as highlighted in the January 2011 Dice Report. It has also had a significant impact on IT services contracting bids, with many big-name companies considering ITIL credentials a must-have.



This situation has created a growing interest from the IT community to pursue ITIL certification. Many IT professionals, however, do not know where to start. The gateway to the entire ITIL Certification Scheme is ITIL v3 Foundation Training & Certification.

However, balancing training needs and time limitations is a challenge many IT professionals face. Obtaining training and travel budget approval is another.

This is why the RCCSP Professional Education Alliance has expanded its ITIL v3 Foundation Training & Certification schedule. The course is now available in 40 cities coast to coast in the first half of 2011. In addition to that, RCCSP now offers ITIL courses in a virtual classroom format. IT professionals pursuing ITIL certification can now mix and match the classes, selecting the dates and times of their convenience.
