REVE Systems Keeps IP Softswitch Solutions Simple

Singapore-based REVE Systems is a company most known for its mobile platforms and solutions and currently serves more than 1,300 VoIP service providers across more than 65 countries.
The company has been introducing innovative solutions for the market that make it easier and more cost efficient to offer mobile services. One offering, the company’s “iTel Switch Plus,” stands out for its ability to “keep things simple.”
As the core software platform in a VoIP provider’s network, the IP Softswitch is important. With REVE Systems technology, it can be deployed in a single server or in a clustered architecture, on a fully managed or hosted basis, and can help ensure carriers roll out services quickly, while keeping costs down.
To keep things simple, iTel Switch Plus has an improved User Interface as well as integration with iTel Billing - so users can easily handle multiple softswitches from a single billing interface.
In addition, with a single PIN for all call origination devices, the need to keep different pins for varying devices like a Mobile Dialer, PC Dialer, Calling Card and IP devices, becomes obsolete.
For switch owners looking to gain insight into calls, the offering also includes the ability to easily view live calls without needing a server log-in. That means it’s possible to quickly and easily view active call reports.
Finally, to make call handling super efficient, iTel Switch Plus also includes multiple routing options – so if any route is offline, it can be detected prior to routing a call to that offline switch.
REVE Systems sat down for an interview with TMC (News - Alert) to chat about the company and their offerings.
