Utilizing NEC Unified Solutions’ UNIVERGE IP Telephony platform, the MIPT offering includes a complete suite of professional, maintenance and managed services, carrier services, a single point-of-contact for provisioning and problem resolution, ongoing performance trend analysis and real-time reports via a secure Web portal.
According to a recent release, NEC's MIPT is well positioned to deliver end-to-end support for the entire lifecycle of an SMB's IPT experience.
