snom technology AG is gearing up for ITEXPO (News - Alert) West as it continues to expand its footprint in the North American market, making its portfolio of advanced IP phones available throughout the United States and Canada.

 

The company is exhibiting at ITEXPO from Sept. 1 to Sept. 3 in the Los Angeles Convention Center. The event is slated to provide an overall educational program that teaches resellers, enterprises, SMBs, and Government Agencies how to select IP-based voice, video, fax, and unified communications to purchase or resell.

The Beverly, Mass.-based developer and manufacturer of advanced VoIP phones for the enterprise and residential markets has been expending in many directions as of late, with both product and talent additions. The company recently added to its extensive range of snom SIP phones when the company launched its latest IP business VoIP phone with a wide touch screen display designed with an intuitive interface.

 

In February, the company launched its limited edition snom 3xx Series VoIP Phones at TMC’s (News - Alert) ITEXPO at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, Florida. snom’s latest edition features the snom 300, 320, 360 and 370 in an elegant pure white rather than the traditional black color and is only available through the first half this year.

 

In fact, the extensive range of snom SIP phones was recently extended, as the company launched its latest IP business VoIP phone with a wide touch screen display designed with an intuitive interface.

 

The snom 870, a desktop VoIP enabled phone, is the latest addition to the company's “8” series of fourth generation SIP phones for small- and mid-sized business markets.

 

Earlier this month, the company appointed Nelly Monkhouse as sales manager in the United Kingdom.

snom phones have built in support unified communications solutions such as Microsoft (News - Alert) Office Communications Server 2007 R2 and its portfolio of VoIP phones provide a VoIP communication system to the home, SMB, SME, Enterprise and hosted ITSPs markets.
