TriTech Corporation operates within Milwaukee, Wis., as a provider of IT software and hardware to local businesses. Its most recent announcement says it will begin offering businesses in southeastern Wisconsin promotions that will allow them to upgrade to 3CX phone systems that use Yealink (News - Alert) VoIP phones.
TriTech says it can install and provision services and hardware to businesses within its coverage area. It does not expand on the type of promotions it will extend to its clients. However, it does make sure to list the capabilities of the 3CX phone systems and the Yealink phones that operate within those systems.
To begin, it notes that 3CX offers phone systems which are managed entirely through the use of software. There are no hardware components for enterprises to manage. Capabilities of its service are extensive, though, and range from basic phone systems that contain a handful of individual phone lines to complete call center packages that come with features such as call queuing and presence and can handle integration with third-party customer relationship management software. This past December, TMC (News - Alert)'s Rich Tehrani gave the 3CX phone system a solid recommendation after stating that its installation was “straightforward” and that it was a “very easy system to use.”
The TriTech announcement suggests that Yealink is the second most popular global SIP provider. News this past summer at TMC about Yealink's feature at ITEXPO (News - Alert) 2014 confirms the company's popularity. In no small part, it has likely become so popular because of the advanced features its phones provide -- features such as USB ports for storage, Bluetooth dongles, or phone extensions, and high-definition voice and color touchscreens.
Overall, it appears that TriTech is offering systems which have the approval of enterprises across the globe. 3CX looks to be in the good graces of industry reviewers, and Yealink has become a household name in corporations the world over. Interested companies within the Milwaukee area can visit the TriTech website to get a look at its coverage area and the promotions it currently has for the systems discussed above.
