Designed to offer enterprises with a unified option for all of their cloud services, Evolve IP (News - Alert) provides over 50,000 businesses around the globe with virtual desktops, data centers/servers, unified communications and more, including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) calling. Earlier this month, the company proudly announced its induction into the EMC (News - Alert) Corporation's Business Partner Program, which will grant Evolve IP access to new products and prototypes developed by EMC in addition to increased training and technical support.
Groups within EMC's Business Partner Program often collaborate with one another, sharing ideas and thus creating better end products. As a result, Evolve IP will be able to offer their customers enhanced services and solutions in a move that benefits both Evolve IP and the partnership as a whole.
“Through EMC's Business Partner Program, Evolve IP will obtain resources and support in order to be well-equipped to solve today's and tomorrow's business challenges for their customers,” said the program's Senior Director, David Abelow. “We welcome Evolve IP to the program and know that, together, we will provide customers with cloud-based solutions for the next generation of IT.”
Induction into the partnership program is expected to have an immediate impact on Evolve IP's Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) suite, which is already an award-winning service. Cloud services offer disaster recovery services that are unparalleled in both cost effectiveness and dependability, as storage in multiple locations provides a nearly guaranteed backup in the event of an emergency.
Once improved with products from the EMC partnership, this service is likely to set a new standard for disaster recovery. Evolve IP is already one of the nation's fastest growing cloud service companies, but having the tools of EMC at the company's disposal will surely offer the resources to sustain and expand upon this growth.
