ScopServ International, which specializes in enterprise business development and information technology platforms, and Yealink (News - Alert) have joined forces to make the latter’s telephony products fully interoperable with ScopServ’s international flagship product ScopTEL IP PBX (News - Alert) and its automated provisioning system (APS).

ScopTEL IP PBX is a Web-based UC platform that can be deployed instantly in existing network architectures. The ScopTEL applications suite is a complete IP PBX management system based on the Asterisk (News - Alert) open-source technology.

The ScopTEL intuitive graphic interface also benefits from the whole set of Asterisk platform functionalities by making it easily accessible to any user. Like other ScopServ products, the ScopTEL IP PBX also provides all the benefits of unified communications such as cost effectiveness, reliability and scalability.

The partnership will involve ScopServ helping its clients to install, configure and service Yealink telephony products. ScopServ will also be able to bundle Yealink products with its current offerings cost effectively.

Recently Yealink has completed complete interoperability testing (IOT) with Flowroute. The certification provides businesses and other VoIP users with the confidence that Yealink SIP phones will work flawlessly with Flowroute’s enterprise-grade VoIP services.

Yealink voice and video phones support a wide variety of codecs and protocols, including TR-069, providing customers with the flexibility to choose the VoIP service that best meets their needs. That flexibility, along with Flowroute interoperability, has opened new market opportunities for Yealink and Flowroute in Europe, Japan and North America.
