The Circuit of the Americas is gearing up to tackle the world of motor racing as it gathers speed and enthusiasm. Williams, one of the world’s leading Formula One teams, gave its racing team another impetus by enhancing the driver experience with ShoreTel’s (News - Alert) unified communications (UC) and IP platform.

These mobility solutions will be used track side for the first time by the Williams F1Team during the 2013 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix in Austin , taking place Nov. 15-17. UC solutions integrate voice, e-mail and instant messaging, ensuring that drivers have the “right voice and data technologies” in place to tackle any situation that may arise.
