IP phone maker Yealink (News - Alert) recently launched a new online reseller program to partners. The program was officially launched on December 1, 2012, with the intention of maintaining the value of the Yealink brand by limiting the authorized resellers to companies prepared to provide the sales and technical support customers deserve.

IP Phone (News - Alert) Warehouse is one of the first resellers to join Yealink Authorized Online Reseller program. By joining Yealink channel partner program, IP Phone Warehouse will receive training on products and technology, offering customers and end users valuable resource as they get started with Yealink phones. Authorized resellers to companies will also be prepared to provide the sales and technical support customers deserve.

IP Phone Warehouse became a channel partner when the program became official in December.

Customers also benefit from this partnership as they get a chance to buy from a certified reseller. Customers can also ensure their products have a valid manufacturer’s warranty. Phones purchased from any source other than an Authorized Reseller might not be covered under the Yealink warranty.
