The company recently returned from presenting its IP contact center solutions at G-Force 2012, a customer engagement conference sponsored by Genesys (News - Alert). Yealink will sponsor a unified communications event, VoIP2Day + Elastix World 2012 at IFEMA fair in Madrid, Spain from September 25-27. Once October arrives Yealink will hit the ground running as it continues its expo tour with Metaswitch Forum 2012, held at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida from October 1-4. From October 8-11, 2012, Yealink will participate in FUTURECOM 2012, held at Riocentro Exhibition Convention Center in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As the VoIP Terminals provider for the BroadSoft Portfolio, Yealink will attend 2012 BroadSoft Connections Forum, held in Scottsdale, AZ from October 21-24, 2012.
