In an effort to further expand the company’s interoperability portfolio for its IP phone and communication offerings, snom technology AG (News - Alert) has recently announced its latest partnership with SUTUS Communications.

SUTUS’ Business Central platform is an all-in-one communications and IT solution that helps franchises boost sales, improve customer experiences and cut costs. Under the interoperability partnership, the snom 300 and snom 720 IP phones are now certified for auto provisioning with the Business Central solution.

The snom 300 includes the core telephony features necessary for the business environment, such as conference, transfer, multiple lines, speakerphone and Power over Ethernet. The snom 720, one of snom’s newer IP phones, targets the everyday business user, but adds some advanced functionality, including more SIP Line accounts, Gigabit Ethernet ports, a wireless LAN interface and Bluetooth headset support.

Together with snom’s phones, the Business Central solution will provide the telephony and IT functionality needed to run a franchise location with its wide range of integrated features including an advanced on-hold messaging system, data mining, call recording, superior call reporting, customer callback and remote management.
