In an effort to recognize the strong sales of snom products and high levels of support provided to snom customers throughout 2011, recently the company named Alloy Computer Products as its Platinum distributor partner in Australia.

The Gold or Platinum partner status has been offered under snom’s Gold and Platinum Partners Program for 2012.

"We have put in a lot of work into further developing our distribution channels in Australia and New Zealand, and the results of that work have shown through in good levels of sales for 2011," said Karl Baker, marketing director at Alloy, the only received Platinum Partner status in Oceania. "We believe 2012 will be another exciting year for the local snom channels."

snom technology said in a press release that Platinum status brings several opportunities to Alloy, one of nine distributors worldwide that received Platinum Partner status.

Partner benefits under snom’s Gold and Platinum Partners Program for 2012 include additional channel advertising support, participation in joint marketing campaigns, additional sales activity and inclusion in the snom Certified Engineer program.

Recently, snom technology announced its partnership with ZyXEL Comunicaitons, a networking company offering Internet solutions, to offer VoIP solution for small and medium-size businesses (SMB). After testing, ZyXEL Ethernet switches and the company’s IP communication devices have been certified to interoperate for a reliable and cost-effective business VoIP solution.
