Voxitas Now Certified for Interactive Intelligence All-in-One IP Software

Voxitas (News - Alert), a business class VoIP national service provider, said today that it’s had its SIP trunking services certified to work with the Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert) all-in-one IP communications software suite – an effort that’s designed to help customers more easily and cost-effectively support distributed locations.
“Our SIP trunking services, combined with the Interactive Intelligence software, give customers advanced contact center automation and enterprise IP telephony applications minus the cost and complexity of managing and growing a distributed infrastructure,” said Matt Siemens (News - Alert), vice president of sales and marketing for Voxitas.

“Our customers are increasingly turning to SIP trunking to meet their voice over IP scalability requirements,” said Joseph A. Staples, Interactive Intelligence’s senior vice president of worldwide marketing. “The Voxitas services met our stringent voice quality standards so joint customers are assured the best service delivery and performance on the market.”

The Voxitas TrueComposure and TrueDirection products are certified to work with the software, according to the companies. Both products are designed to deliver disaster recovery and automated call distribution services, company officials say.

A separate marketing agreement is in place to enable Interactive Intelligence to use Voxitas SIP trunking resources for the purpose of education, training and demonstration. Interactive Intelligence officials say their all-in-one IP communications software suite provides single-platform architecture with inherent multi-channel processing to deliver comprehensive applications without the cost and complexity that is normally introduced by multi-point products.

Formerly NetLogic (News - Alert), Voxitas is a Quality of Service Business-Class ITSP that works throughout the United States. The company says it provides feature-rich, next generation VoIP telephony services using SIP trunks.

The company also provides long-distance, Internet, toll-free and emergency 911 services to single and multi-site IP PBX phone systems, in-bound and out-bound call centers, small to mid-size enterprises, and wholesale carriers, company officials say.

This certification for working with Interactive Intelligence is expected to help Voxitas extend its reach and strengthen its brand recognition. Interactive Intelligence has a strong presence in the market and continues to provide solutions that help to drive innovative VoIP integrations. By working with Voxitas, customers will benefit from even greater flexibility and capability, while focusing on long-term strategic growth, company officials say.
