The SIP-T28P was one of the first IP phones to support the G.722 wideband codec, as well.
The hardware, meaning the handset and speaker, is also HD. Headset (RJ45) and extension module jacks can be found underneath the device.
Yealink’s Web portal allows almost anything to be configured on the T28P, from Preference and Features, both include dozens of options. Users can upload ringtones, set backlight brightness, choose who should receive forwarded calls and even upload a custom logo to display on your phone’s background. Any changes that are made are pushed to the phone nearly instantly.
IP phone maker Yealink also regularly releases firmware updates ever few months, which provides up-to-the-minute features in an ever-growing industry.
