IP phone maker Yealink (News - Alert), a designer and manufacturer of VoIP terminal equipment products for broadband networks, has signed a technology partnership with international virtual contact center solution specialist, CosmoCom.
Under the agreement, Yealink T2x Series IP Phone (News - Alert) has been certified for use with the CosmoCom's all-in-one contact center suite.
This certification will enable customers to easily provision and manage Yealink phones under CosmoCom (News - Alert) unified contact center platform.
This alliance allows both companies to provide better choices and possibilities to customers in mutual markets.
Elaborating further on this deal, the companies say that the combination of Yealink IP phones and CosmoCom will offer businesses a convincing and yet cost-effective choice in IP Contact Center solution.
Looking forward, Yealink aims to provide the best price-performance products to CosmoCom’s contact center customers.
