Grandstream Networks, a provider of video surveillance and IP multimedia phone solutions was recently honored by Technology Marketing Corporation “TMC (News - Alert)” with a 2010 TMC Labs Innovation award for their GXV3611 Fixed IP Dome Camera.
The Eleventh Annual TMC Labs Innovation Awards honors IP Communication products that are truly innovative and, “display raw innovation, unique features, and significant contributions toward improving communications technology.”
Grandstream’s GXV3611 Fixed IP Dome Camera is an indoor, fixed IP camera that makes it easy to monitor and protect areas requiring sharp image clarity and archived video for investigations.
Tom Keating, CTO and TMC Labs Editorial Director said, “The winning products were selected based on their own merit. I look forward to seeing other innovative solutions from these companies as they continue to contribute to the future of the IP communications marketplace.”
Earlier this year, Grandstream announced that its entire IP video surveillance portfolio is now ONVIF compatible.
This compatibility, David Li, CEO at Grandstream Networks (News - Alert) said, makes it easier to ensure cross-manufacturer compatibility without the need for a large amount of development work between individual manufacturers of both software systems and cameras.
Award winners for the 2010 TMC Labs Innovation Award are highlighted in the July and August 2010 issues of INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine.
