Mayflex, the cabling infrastructure, networking and physical security solutions distributor, has expanded its already diverse range of IP physical security products by signing new partnership agreements with Grandstream Networks and Netgenium Systems.
Grandstream said that empowers the small to medium business and consumer markets with innovative products that lower communication costs, increase security protection and enhance productivity.
As part of the agreement, Mayflex will be carrying the company's range of competitively priced video encoders, box and dome cameras in stock from May 2010.
UK based Netgenium Systems is a manufacturer of Power over Ethernet products and solutions. Recognized as inventors of the pure IP PoE Lock Controller, the company also offers a range of IP enabling products which use the IP protocol and the LAN to control many elements of the modern intelligent building, including security, telephony, access and lighting.
The company also recently launched a handy A5 sized Product Guide highlighting its diverse range of IP security solutions.
Officials with Mayflex said that to support customers moving into the IP security market, the company offers a number of free and chargeable training courses, from introductions through to qualification based design and installation programmes.
Company officials said that in addition to a growing physical security product offering, Mayflex also provides customers building IP based systems with a full range of infrastructure and networking solutions, such as copper and fibre cabling, 19" cabinets, Ethernet switches and PoE products.
Andrew Percival, Managing Director of Mayflex, is very pleased with the two new partnerships.
"We have a broad and innovative security product range, so whenever we look to commence new partnerships it's vital we only bring on products that will increase the quality of our offering. Grandstream and Netgenium certainly do that," said Percival.
Percival said that Grandstream offers flexible, competitive products that are ideal for small to medium businesses and Netgenium manufactures truly unique products that offer so much in terms of intelligent building management and unified communications.
"We are proud to announce these new partnerships and see that these products will be of great benefit to our customers," said Percival.
