In a bid to expand their IP Conferencing and Collaboration capabilities into the enterprise market in Japan, Interwise announced recently a strategic partnership with SoftBank Telecom.
As per the partnership, Interwise Connect will become a key technology for Softbank Telecom's ULTINA Communications Platform.
Because Interwise Connect will power the communications platform, SoftBank Telecom is able to offer their customers rollout, intergration, and managed services from Interwise rebranded in their ULTINA name.
A new release noted the company's choice of Interwise because of its ability to offer and support conferencing services on-site, hosted or in a blended environment.
This is especially important in today's expanding enterprise where conferencing solutions help boost productivity and provide flexible conferencing workforces need to stay ahead in the market.
"The ULTINA Communication Platform powered by Interwise will introduce new levels of productivity and innovation for our customers. By deploying this solution throughout their organizations, our customers can give every employee access to unlimited virtual meetings, VoIP audio conferences, large-scale marketing events and more," Shinichiro Yasukawa, Corporate Officer, General Manager of Internet & Data Business Division in a statement.
