Hatsize, the online lab environment provider announced today the interoperability between Interwise's Connect v7.0 and their TrueLab online training solution.
The integration of the two solutions now provides a virtual classroom environment as well as a live interactive lab with instructor led technical training for faster, more enhanced learning capabilities.
The integration with Interwise Connect also provides cost efficiency because it integrates voice, Web and video conferencing together on one IP solution that can be accessed virtually, from anywhere. In turn, this new integration also provides potential for faster deployment of technologies as it is easier to be trained on how to use technologies.
According to a recent news release, "The integration ensures plug-and-play interoperability for joint enterprise technology customers."
Earlier this month, Interwise introduced version 7 of their Interwise Connect offering. This version allows Interwise Connect users to conduct even more secure, reliable and affordable conferencing and offers a core business application.
In a statement to the press, Neil Lieberman, Vice President of Marketing for Interwise said, "Interwise are ranked first among pure-play conferencing vendors by IDC for its ability to integrate with enterprise applications and IT infrastructures. By integrating live and asynchronous conferencing with applications such as TrueLab, our customers receive greater returns from their technology investments."
Dean Hardy, President of Hatsize also commented on the new integration, "We have moved computer-based lab training online allowing customers to greatly enhance the overall convenience and flexibility of their technical training. Our partnership with Interwise enables enterprises to enjoy a complete training package that offers a better, faster and more cost-effective training experience."
