Providing business communication solutions since 1996, ANPI, has risen to prominence due its product offerings and exemplary customer service.  In 2003, the company hit the one billion minutes of usage per year mark, and is not looking back.  Its corporate theme says it all, “Collaborate. Innovate. Deliver.”—these are not just words, in ANPI’s case they are actions.

The service provider’s product offerings allow clients to increase functionally and productivity while lowering costs.  To guarantee scalabilty, reliability and quality of service, ANPI’s products are designed with business applications in mind.

Through the integration of video, fax, email and voicemail, unified messaging allows remote employees the same level of collaboration as though they were in the office down the hall.  It is an easy way to empower employees and watch the bottom line grow.

Its Hosted IP PBX (News - Alert) translates to no Capital Expenditure and no PBX equipment needed onsite.  Its services are billed as one reasonable monthly fee for collaboration and integrated voice tools.  ANPI’s unified communications (UC) offerings include desktop sharing, web meetings and video conferencing to ensure the highest level of productivity from WHEREVER employees or customers are located. 

One of if not the most important aspect of ANPI’s offerings is its diligent, exceptional and always-available customer care.  From installation, each customer is provided a “personal” care team that includes technical support, sales engineers and account managers to provide the type of service expected in today’s customer-centric marketplace.

In a space where the goal is (or at least should be) providing the best tools to provide an exceptional level of collaboration and communication at a reasonable cost, ANPI’s formula seems to working pretty well so far as they continue to deliver.
