In the four years since its founding, IP communications provider IPNetZone Communications has certainly made a mark for itself – from providing international data, Internet, and managed network and monitoring solutions to enterprise and carrier clients to unveiling MEP, the world's first global MPLS Exchange Platform.

Recently, the IP communications provider was recognized for its efforts when Inc. magazine ranked IPNetZone No. 416 on its 30th annual Inc. 500, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The list takes a macro look at America's independent entrepreneurs. Companies such as Microsoft, Zappos, Intuit, Jamba Juice, Zipcar, Clif Bar, Vizio, Oracle (News - Alert), and many other well-known names gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 500.

The 2011 Inc. 500 is comprised of a group of companies that are smaller but much faster-growing than last year's crop, according to magazine officials. In order to qualify for the list, companies must be based in the United States and have earned minimum revenue of $100,000 in 2007 and minimum revenue of $2 million in 2010. The companies on this year's list employ more than 46,000 people and generated over 35,000 jobs in the past three years.

James Karimi, co-founder and CTO at IPNetZone, said that "in essence, IPNetZone has created a private Internet, connecting enterprises with the applications and solution providers that they really need. In other industry news, AireSpring (News - Alert), a provider of IP communications services, is currently celebrating its 10th year in operation and the fact that it is debt free, cash-flow positive and growing, according to company officials. And, since it is more profitable than it has ever been, AireSpring is currently looking to add to its growing team of channel managers.
