Nexogy will migrate its customer base to NetSapiens (News - Alert)' SNAPsolution by Dec. 31, 2014.
The cloud-based business communications provider will leverage NetSapiens’ solution to manage and control an evolving suite of customer solutions for its hosted phone system.
"NetSapiens offers a comprehensive solution that maintains Nexogy's vast suite of products, and gives us the flexibility we need to continue to introduce new offerings to our customers," said Carlos Lahrssen, CEO of Nexogy.
The flexible capacity of NetSapiens’ hosted PBX (News - Alert) platform also enables new product rollouts with minimum risk.
One of the reasons, Nexogy decided to switch to NetSapiens' SNAPsolution was NetSapien's customer-oriented approach that enables it to quickly adapt to its clients' needs.
"For our team and for our customers, the shift to NetSapiens offers us a more efficient model that is full-featured and backed by an expert team, which gives us added confidence moving into the future."
NetSapiens' SNAPsolution includes n-Share, a revolutionary always-active architecture that promises reliability, resiliency and load management.
"NetSapiens continually strives to bring the best level of service to its VoIP providers. We're glad to partner with Nexogy to bring this level of service to their team and to their customers," added Anand Buch, CEO of NetSapiens.
Nexogy enables small- and medium-sized businesses the power to manage all of the communications from anywhere, at any time.
The company was in news last year for partnering with Sytel (News - Alert) Limited, a vendor of contact center software with predictive dialing.
Both companies teamed on offering enhanced features and functionality with a new outbound call center solution.
The new offering provides businesses with a complete cloud-based call center solution with centralized management.
Nexology also announced its intent to add key features to its call center as well as adding agent scripting to deliver consistent messages and real-time reporting.
