For mobile operators, over-the-top (OTT) services such as Skype (News - Alert), Line and WhatsApp are eating into profits by piggybacking on mobile data networks and delivering calls, SMS and chat without going through the mobile operator’s services.

Users can navigate to a screen on the app where each communications feature of the app is easily accessible. This makes the dialer even easier to use.
