By Stefania Viscusi, Assignment Desk Editor
In a bid to offer the SMB marketplace with affordable solutions, Click to call and hosted IVR
provider Ifbyphone (News - Alert) has announced a price cut of up to 60 percent for their suite of voice of the web services.
"The price reduction demonstrates our commitment to the delivery of affordable IVR solutions to the SMB marketplace. As industry dynamics allow us to reduce our costs we will continue to pass these cost reductions onto our customers," commented Irv Shapiro (News - Alert), Ifbyphone CEO.
"We want to insure that every SMB has access to our suite of sales generation products and is able to drive customers the last mile between their web sites and their businesses."
The importance of converting Web clickers in to callers is become more and more evident as people are spending an increased amount of time online and visiting company websites.
"Small businesses spend thousands of dollars on SEO services and then fail to see an increase in sales because customers don't call," says Irv Shapiro. "We spent over two years developing and enhancing our technology specifically to enable SMB's access to the same kind of robust voice based lead generation and conversion tools that large companies enjoy."
With Ifbyphone's services, it is possible for SMB's to integrate web-based click to call, application driven call initiation, toll free call routing
, call tracking and voice broadcast services for increased sales and reduced service delivery costs.
