Other CRM systems such as Salesforce.com (News - Alert) or Microsoft Dynamics provide a data driven workflow process which is complicated to interpret and implement. We also include a true form designer tool that allows CRM administrators to layout screens per their needs. Other CRM systems such as Salesforce.com only allow two-column forms severely limiting the layout process and increasing the need to scroll vertically to view the complete form.
