Printec Group Picks Soffront Hosted CRM Software

Soffront Software has announced that Printec Group is using Soffront CRM software to improve reporting, forecasting, and tracking of business data.


Printec Group of Companies is a prominent provider of transaction automation in South East Europe. In 2008, the Group purchased Soffront CRM software to improve sales force automation and financial forecasting. It’s using Soffront CRM in its subsidiaries across 15 countries.

Currently, the software is being used by sales, marketing and finance to consolidate data from different countries, report on the company’s existing level of business. In addition, it’s enabling the company to forecast current and future sales opportunities in South East Europe.

Printec Group needed a forecasting and reporting tool that could give it timely, comprehensive, and consolidated information from all of our subsidiaries in South East Europe, said Gabriel Rusu, project manager for CRM implementation at Printec.

Rusu said that each new opportunity or sale is registered with Soffront and is monitored in real time by the Group HQs. “The consolidation and tracking of data from all subsidiaries provide the company with higher visibility and better understanding of the commercial opportunities pipeline for the current period and for the subsequent quarters.”

Additionally, thanks to Soffronts extensive customization capabilities, Printec is able to customize the forecasting and reporting module and gave Printec even more flexibility to meet their needs.

“Our sales managers can run ad-hoc reports with different filters over the entire CRM database, providing us with realistic forecasts and best case scenarios,” Rusu said, adding that Soffront helped the company better understand its current level of business from the sales point of view.

Additionally, the CRM software helped us save time and money by allowing the company to centralize data more effectively, Rusu said. 

Soffront Software provides CRM solutions to small and medium-size businesses (SMBs( and divisions of large enterprises. Soffront is the most customizable CRM in the industry that readily adapts to a company’s processes, workflows, and users.

Earlier this year in June, Soffront Software announced that Soffront CRM received a 2009 Product of the Year Award from Technology Marketing Corporation’s (TMC (News - Alert)) Customer Interaction Solutions(R) magazine, a publication covering CRM, call centers and teleservices.
