Tollfree Networks, an independent IT consultancy and services company, has said that it’s now offering Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a choice of hosted solutions to fit every customer need and budget size.
Along with the decision to offer its clients the option of hosted or ‘pay as you go’ Microsoft (News - Alert) CRM, the company also announced that it has partnered with hosting provider 7global.
Company officials said that they selected 7global because of their excellent customer service, advanced technical ability and in particular their purpose-built hosting facility that meets ISO 27001 standards.
To the specific needs of the individual customer, the solution is fully configurable. Since each CRM customer is guaranteed its own virtual dedicated server, the solution is fully configurable, said company officials.
The new offering enables customers to gain a clear competitive edge because they are able to narrow sales leads, tactics, and sales and marketing campaigns to their unique core competencies and market demands.
The solution comes with an extensive range of modular functionality that is flexible and easy to use. Company officials said that it will produce results within shorter period helping customers to meet their corporate objectives.
Currently, Tollfree Networks is offering two choices for organisations that are considering a Hosted option that is frictionless in start-up. Company officials said that offering both Dedicated Servers and Virtual Servers in an encompassing array of set-up, the company takes responsibility for the full lifecycle of the solutions provided to its customers from design, to implementation, training, ongoing support and management of the hosted CRM environment.
Virtual server technology allows new low price points for up to 25 users and enables even five user companies to afford implementation of CRM, while Dedicated servers allow clients great performance while scaling to thousands of users and allow later line-of-business integration they may need.
“We're excited to provide a solution that will help our customers meet the specific needs of their individual businesses, in turn allowing them to increase revenue and form closer relationships with their customers,” Tollfree Networks said.
