Payroll Solutions, which provides customers with payroll, time, attendance and HR software, services and support has selected Soffront CRM to improve efficiency in all aspects of their business.
Payroll Solutions will implement Soffront’s hosted CRM software in January, 2011. Soffront has over 18 years of experience of delivering CRM solutions to small-to-medium companies.
“We needed a better way to efficiently manage our business and provide improved customer service in all areas—sales, support, technology, operations, projects, and administration,” said David Lewis, co-founder, executive vice president and chief operating officer in a statement.
Lewis said that currently, customer information and other vital business information are located in different parts of the company’s network or on paper, and every department has a different process for dealing with information.
“We needed one central, comprehensive solution that is robust, easy to use, and fits our budget,” he said.
A team of six department heads of Payroll Solutions selected Soffront CRM in an extensive screening process over numerous competing CRM vendors including Salesforce.com (News - Alert) and Microsoft.
Payroll Solutions officials said that the company reviewed thirteen CRM solutions, narrowing the finalists down to three. After conducting detailed product demos with the top contenders, they ultimately chose Soffront CRM based on ease-of-use, ease-of-configuration, integrated modules, customer service, and price.
According to David Lewis Soffront CRM will make a significant positive impact on their business.
“Using Soffront CRM, we expect to dramatically improve our efficiency companywide. Soffront will be able to handle our processes, such as workflow, SAS (News - Alert) 70 procedures, customer service, sales, marketing, technical support, and administration – all in one platform. Soffront will help us become more proactive instead of reactive,” said Lewis.
