Five9's Call Center Computing Platform Receives 2010 TMC Labs Innovation Award
Five9, a provider of call center software solutions for business continuity, telemarketing and customer service, has announced that CRM, teleservices and contact-center publication Customer Interaction Solutions has selected Five9’s (News - Alert) Cloud Computing Platform for Call Centers as one of the recipients of a 2010 TMC Labs Innovation Awards.
The TMC Labs Innovation Awards are bestowed upon products that help improve communications technology through their innovative features. Highlights of this year’s Innovation Awards are to be published in the September and October issues of Customer Interaction Solutions magazine.
Five9’s Cloud Computing Platform for Call Centers has been adopted by hundreds of customers worldwide since its introduction, thanks to its competitive combination of top on-demand applications with pre-packaged integrations and its ability to speed the creation of solutions that can dovetail Five9’s call-center software with CRM and lead management solutions, and other such key applications. In addition, Five9 also offers a Developer Program, which incorporates a development sandbox and other tools that help clients craft customer-driven application extensions to the Five9 Virtual Call Center, as well as dedicated developer support resources.
Jim Dvorkin, CTO of Five9, said that the company was very happy that the industry has recognized Five9’s efforts and innovation that went into its Cloud Computing Platform. He added that the company was also equally pleased that adoption of this solution is increasing thanks to clients who pick up their pre-packaged integrations and those who opt to make custom applications.
