CRC Health Group Hires New Director for Hosted Contact Center
CRC Health Group, a provider of behavioral health and addiction treatment services, has hired Dale Demarest Bryan as director of its National Resource Center, the company’s nationwide call center.
Officials with CRC Health said that Dale will oversee all aspects of NRC policies, objectives and initiatives as well as manage the performance of a team of NRC advisors who answer calls for most of CRC’s 150 facilities.
“We are pleased to welcome Dale to CRC Health Group,” said Jim Hudak (News - Alert), chief administrative officer for the company, in a statement.
Hudak said that the company considers customer relations its priority and NRC is enormously crucial to the company’s success in this area.
“We know that Dale’s experience and skills will be great assets for the NRC team and the company going forward,” he said.
Dale has nearly 20 years of experience in mental healthcare. Most recently, she was Head of Operations for Aetna / Horizon Health’s call center where she was responsible for significant cost reduction initiatives and vastly improved service levels.
She also has worked for CIGNA where she elevated quality scores and achieved over 90 percent customer satisfaction. Dale began her career in behavioral health at Hazelden treatment center.
“I could not be more pleased and excited to join CRC Health Group,” said Dale.
“I am joining a group or healthcare professionals of the highest caliber and am honored to serve in the capacity of leadership and service to the advisors of the NRC,” she said.
