Cbeyond "Sees Beyond the Present" with Local Expansion

Cbeyond Inc., a premier provider of business communications and IT solutions , offers productivity-enhancing applications and delivers them over a 100 percent private all IP network. Expanding its local presence, it announced the opening of a call center in the Denver Tech area.
 
The call center is actually an offshoot of the feedback from Cbeyond (News - Alert) Inc.'s west coast small business customers, who preferred a more geographically diverse customer service presence.
 
Scheduled to open in September 2010, the call center is expected to create more jobs for the locals as it
gradually increases its technical support staff to 200 over the next several years.
 
The open house event to be hosted on Friday, June 18, 2010, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. MDT at the Inverness Hotel, located at 200 Inverness Drive, West Englewood, Colorado, 80112, is expected to provide a learning platform for prospective candidates, who would like to associate themselves with Cbeyond. 
 
Ideal candidates will have experience in technical troubleshooting, customer service and a background in telecommunications and Cisco (News - Alert) solutions. Candidates planning to attend the event can pre-register.
 
'Colorado welcomes the local expansion of Cbeyond and the jobs that will be created at the new call center,' Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter, said.
 
In the light of the fact that Colorado is a thriving economic hub, especially in the high-tech sector and the New Energy Economy, Gov. Ritter said that the state was proud that it had been attracting new companies including hosted contact centers.
 
Ashish Bisaria, vice president, customer service operations of Cbeyond, was excited about the opening of a call center in Denver as it would not only bring new jobs in its wake, but would also help the company deliver what its customers needed.
 
Bisaria emphasized the importance of customer feedback and gave an assurance that the voice of the customers would always be heeded, as it was critical to the business growth of Cbeyond.
