Cincom Synchrony Awarded for Desktop Capabilities

In the call center, it's important that agents and administrators have the tools they need to efficiently do their job readily available to them.
Having important tools like a quick reference of contact history for agents or easy to use reporting tools available right on the desktop for administrators helps not only increase their efficiency and productivity but also enhances customer relationships as more quality services are received.
Continuing with more accolades for its capabilities, Cincom announced recently their win of a 2007 Product of the Year award for Synchrony from Call Center Magazine.
The award pointed to the contact center solutions ability to adapt to each user and the ease of training agents. It also highlighted the solutions integrated desktop capabilities, including Synchrony Central which offers administrators the configuration tools they need to monitor and report right from their desk top as well as the Synchrony agent desktop which provides agents with the ability to work faster and more efficiently.
"The Synchrony agent desktop simplifies and streamlines what is often a complex process enabling agents to work smarter and faster, significantly increase productivity, reduce handling times and improve the customer experience," commented the editors of Call Center Magazine.
Cincom also announced this week the availability of a new Webinar "Hooked: The Psychology of the Customer Experience" which features author and speaker John Todor, PhD on such topics as "How to turn indifferent customers into committed (addicted customers)" and "How to avoid the triggers that "turn on" the less-desirable personality."
