Five9 Partners with Leads360 to Deliver Optimal Hosted Communications and Predictive Dialer Technology

Hosted communications are gaining in popularity as companies are discovering the scalability and flexibility of such a platform. The low cost alternative to premise-based solutions provides a company with enterprise-grade solutions even when operating on a shoestring budget.

At the same time, organizations supporting call centers are turning to increasing their automation in an effort to improve customer support and reduce the cost of operations. The cost of purchasing and integrating predictive dialer technology and lead management software was an obstacle in the past. Such initiatives required significant up-front capital investment in premise-based software and hardware, and long implementation cycles. As a result, many mortgage companies, insurance agencies and other B2C sales businesses had to rely on ineffective manual processes.
