The Perfect Customer Experience Adds New Blogger

Blogging has become a substantially successful avenue for the flow of solid information and opinions from all sorts of sources. And while experts are increasingly offering their views in this new way, on the topic of Customer Experience Management, a blog dedicated to perfecting  the customer experience includes an editorial team of experts that offer their insights.
