Five9 SoCoCare Honored with 2013 TMC Social Business Honoree Award

Five9 (News - Alert) develops call center software  to help organizations deliver exceptional customer service. Following the acquisition of SoCoCare last fall, Five9 strengthened its social engagement and mobile customer care portfolio. SoCoCare brought with it a robust suite of customer care applications and rich foundational technologies for powering the next generation cloud-based contact centers.

With this acquisition, Five9 was able to bring the rapidly growing social and mobile channel to the contact center, enabling organizations to treat requests for customer service or support from social and mobile similarly to incoming phone calls.

Unsurprisingly then, Five9 SoCoCare has just been named the 2013 TMC (News - Alert) Social Business Award Honoree by TMC's CUSTOMER magazine.

The award recognizes Five9’s efforts to help customers leverage social media to facilitate and enhance social customer care interactions.
