 The integration of Hostcomm predictive dialer API works seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics CRM system helps businesses to  increase sales, improve customer service and build long-lasting customer relationships by offering a more efficient and personalized service through workflow automation.

Predictive dialer CRM integration offers Microsoft Dynamics CRM vendors with a unique opportunity to add value to their propositions and increase their CRM system sales.

With partnership Hostcomm, Microsoft Dynamics vendors can better compete with rivals such as Salesforce.com (News - Alert) (CRM) that has its own API that vendors can use to integrate 3rd party dialers. Now vendors can create new revenue streams by offering additional services for integration, development and support of the dialer features.

Recently, insurance firm, Towergate Insurance, has improved customer service and efficiency with deployment of Hostcomm ContactPro predictive dialer CRM integration technology.
