Five9 Cloud Contact Center Added to Oracle Cloud Marketplace

Five9’s cloud contact center software is now available in the new Oracle (News - Alert) Cloud Marketplace, and the company wants all of us to know it. Indeed, in order to raise awareness of this new way to gain access to the cloud contact center, Five9 (News - Alert) is asking people to tweet with the hashtags #Cloud and #ContactCenter with the specific suggest phrase “Five9 #Cloud #ContactCenter Software Now Available in the @Oracle Cloud Marketplace.”


The Oracle Cloud Marketplace, launched back in September, is an integral part of Oracle’s push to further its new cloud solutions. The global marketplace allows partners to publish their applications, allowing customers to conveniently browse through and discover new solutions that extend Oracle Cloud applications. These customers can now find Five9 cloud contact center in the marketplace, complete with detailed product information, as well as user ratings and reviews.

Five9’s addition to the Oracle Cloud Marketplace was more or less assured from the time of the online market’s launch. After all, not only is Five9 a Gold-level member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), its cloud contact center software recently achieved Oracle Validated Integration with the Oracle Service Cloud.

Oracle Service Cloud is part of Oracle RightNow, which enables organizations to provide a rich Web experience for their customers, allowing them to contact those organizations from any device.

“At Five9 we are aggressively extending our solution footprint in order to provide clients with robust cloud contact center software and a strong eco-system,” said Jim Gomez, vice president of business development at Five9, in a statement. “Our participation in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace further extends our reach into the Oracle community and enables customers to easily reap the benefits of the Five9 cloud contact center software.”

With Five9 connected to Oracle Service Cloud, enterprises are offered a new level of functionality with automatic CTI (News - Alert) screen pops on the Oracle Service Cloud desktop, softphone telephony capabilities, and an intuitive interface.
