Altitude Software Hires New Vice President for Southern Europe

Raquel Serradilla has been appointed Altitude Software’s (News - Alert) vice president for Southern Europe. The company points to her extensive business development and international management experience in the IT sector.

Altitude Software is a major player in unified customer interaction solutions, with about 1100 customers in 80 countries. The company is also ISO 9001 certified for its worldwide support.

In her new role as the company’s new VP for Southern Europe, Raquel Serradilla will be responsible for driving the continued growth of Altitude Software in the Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Greek and Turkish markets. She is tasked with supporting the continued market expansion for next generation customer interaction solutions that maximize business results in the contact center.

“The balance of customer power has shifted dramatically with technology. Companies and organizations need to adapt swiftly in order to stay competitive” said Mrs Serradilla, in a statement. “We have a great track record in helping companies in Southern Europe respond to critical shifts in customer behavior, while at the same time improving their business. There are great opportunities for the companies that know how to use technology to address the core issues at the heart of a successful contact center operation.”

Before joining in as VP for Southern Europe, Raquel Serradilla first worked at Altitude Software as sales manager, and then as general manager and CEO of Altitude Software in Spain. According to the company, she helped position the Altitude as a market leader in the country.

Earlier in July, TMCnet reported that Altitude Software bagged the Best Public Service Contact Center Solution Award at the 4th annual Platinum Contact Center Awards in Spain.
